• I have entered the correct HTML coding for an image and saved it, then when I view any page and click an image, the caption looks like this:

Robert RICHFIELDZihuatanejo-1 Guerrero, México, 2010Medium: Digital Pigment PrintDescription: Signed versoEdition of 10Please inquire for sizing and pricing

Even though the code looks like this: (I do have the correct < br > used below, but with the formatting on this forum, it’s not showing correctly!!)

<b>Robert RICHFIELD</b><i>Zihuatanejo-1 Guerrero, México, 2010</i>Medium: Digital Pigment PrintDescription: Signed versoEdition of 10Please inquire for sizing and pricing

    It should look like this:

    Robert RICHFIELD
    Zihuatanejo-1 Guerrero, México, 2010
    Medium: Digital Pigment Print
    Description: Signed versoEdition of 10
Please inquire for sizing and pricing

  • If you want textto display as code, hightlight the text and hit code right above the box you’re typing in.

Are you editing it in the visual editor or text editor?

When I’m in “Edit Page,” I click the image gallery, and click “Edit Gallery.” Then I click an image and on the right panel I can edit the field box named “Title” where the caption text shows when you’re normally on the web page.

To create an image gallery, I clicked “Add Media” and then “Create Gallery.” That’s how I’m able to edit the image captions.

I think the new update to 3.7.1 changed the way it looks, not sure.
