.htaccess missing

    Where can I possibly get .htaccess for my website run by wordpress?
    I can no longer find the file in the root directory after updating wordpress version to 3.1.2.
    Now, I can’t log-in nor view my website.
    Errors are displayed like this:

    Can anyone help me solve this problem?
