.htaccess issue…website IN file??

This is my first WordPress attempt and so far I love it…that is when I can access it.

Im getting lots of out of memory errors but I am pretty sure its all due to my hosting (1 and 1) so i an switching very soon for this site.

The question I have is since Im new, I dont know whats normal and whats not. This is my .htaccess file. Is that website supposed to be there??
