On the WordPress.org plugin page Navigate to Development > Advanced View
Scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll find a dropdown listbox for the purpose of downloading any previous version of the iTSec plugin.
That said, due to a security issue the only change made to the Enforce SSL module/feature in the iTSec 8.1.5 release was to replace a call to the WordPress core wp_redirect() function with a call to the wp_safe_redirect() function.
It’s probably better to figure out (possibly fix) why the wp_safe_redirect() function is redirecting to the login page in your env 😉
