    Thanks for showing interest in our Plugin. Sorry, At this moment, there is no such feature to wrap the image/shortcode with an anchor tag. Since it’s a good idea, so we will add this feature with next update.

    Hi,

    This is to inform you that we have added the requested feature to wrap the image in an anchor tag. You can add the URL with every image under “Wp Image Refresh” in WordPress admin.
