How to use on GCloud

    Is it possible to use Updraft on a Google cloud installation of WordPress. I am getting an issue with it needing FTP access and all I can find is how to generate some keys to add to a local copy of Filezilla. I presume I would need to somehow authorise Updraft to use FTP, but I dont know where to start. Are there any guides available?

    Hi,

    This is an issue with the file permissions for WordPress. WordPress, and in turn UpdraftPlus, does not have the correct permissions to write files to the backup directory.

    You will need to check the file permissions for the WordPress, and ensure that the owner account on the server for the WordPress files matches the account that WordPress is trying to run under.
