How to use Anything Popup?

Hey

I am using wordpress CMS for my website and it’s hosted in godaddy with a paid domain name and I have installed Anything Popup but it’s not working to open a popup when I click and nothing happens

please can you give me the exact steps I have to do to put a popup button in a post? ( I read what’s written on the website but I didnt really get all of them)
