How to split content across 2 pages?

Hello 🙂

I’m trying to discover how I can have a blog post which consists of the following:

Headline
Photo
A paragraph of text
…and a line which says ‘Click here to see the full post’

And when you click this line you’ll be taken to a much bigger post with more photos and text.

That’s the ideal scenario! But I can’t find out how I would achieve this. Can anyone shed any light?
