Yes, I’ve tried and it seems to work good. But if I try with test in search console, there are many errors.

i don’t see any errors for https://www.mestieremamma.it/amp/ in the search console.
In a normal case the plugin will add a link rel (<link rel=”amphtml” href=”[url to AMP Version]”> to your “normal” pages. Google will find this and beginns to index them.
But at the AMP-Test page at google, you have to provide the whole AMP-Url like https://www.mestieremamma.it/amp/ or https://www.mestieremamma.it/bambini/migliori-pannolini-biodegradabili-economici/amp .
