you could do this using the feed to post and set the items to come in as pending or draft mode….then you can go in an approve the posts by changing their status to publish.
I did the same. I choosed default status of post as “pending” and in the lower area select the plugin category as “ALL” and then select wordpress category to associate with that. Then, i got this error—
“There was a problem with fetching feeds. This is likely due to a settings problem or invalid feeds.” How can i solve this????

if you get this message, that means the problem is with your feeds…are you sure the feeds are valid..

One more thing- can we moderate the whole content of feed post of another website? and then publish?
