How to Retreive my Backup?

    Hi Folks, I was trying to upload to a newer version of WP and I ended up screwing up my site. Can someone help me to launch my backup so my old site will come back?

    What type of backup are you trying to launch?

    The template files?
    The database?
    The xml file?
    The whole works?

    Were you using any auto db backup plugins?

    I am not sure what to be honest? I guess the whole works. I was trying to upload the new version of WP and I was trying to follow the directions. I got to the point where I uploaded the new version and all of a sudden my site got all screwed up. See it here: http://www.freightsavingstips.com.
