How to restore my backuped Posts

    I’ve backuped all my wordpress posts, but now when trying to restore them, My hosting company has a php limit to 10mb, amd my posts are 26mb.
    they told me I should try to upload the backup using my ftp.
    but which location, how to ?

    I think you need to go back to your hosts and point out that that you’re trying to upload an .sql file into your database.
