How to Reset the Website?

Hello,

My agency, a nonprofit helping people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles, is in need of technical assistance to reset our website run by WordPress. I’ve spoken with GoDaddy tech support and other technical advisors who have determined that since the site has been designed on WordPress, it can only be reset by WordPress.

The person who created the site no longer works for our agency and we are locked out. We will need to add me as the main editor and administrator for the site and remove the person currently listed as well. Is there anyone who can assist me with this? Thank you.
