Is your site is hosted on WordPress.com? If so you should probably post your question on their Support Forums, specifically with regards to your Forever theme. Otherwise, if it’s a self-hosted site, you can post your question on the theme’s support forum. I’m not sure what the options are for the slider, but there may be a way to hide the caption for each slide.
