Hi

How to remove logout link above comments that appear like this :

Logged in as User . Log out?

I would like to remove 2 links . opne which refers to user profile.php and which refers to log out link .
could you please help me ?
what shoul I do ?

You could use CSS to hide the link.

without a link to a post or page with the problem, suggesting any CSS fix won’t be easy.

a better way might be to edit comments.php of your theme, locate:
<?php comment_form(); ?>
change that to:
<?php comment_form( array( 'logged_in_as' => '' ) ); ?>
