How to remove examples

    I have a question. What I need to do to remove the example in the text field for add new contact form.

    @supportproperly That placeholder information is there by default when going to Jetpack CRM > Contacts > Add New. The data is not included when creating a contact though. It just shows you an example of the type of data to enter in those fields.

    Changing that would require customizing the code in the Jetpack CRM plugin files. That is certainly something you can do yourself. However, it’s not something we can help with as it goes beyond the scope of our support: https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/jetpackcrm-support-policy/
