How do I remove the comments area from my pages?

Open your page.php template in the theme and remove the comments code.

I dont have that page in my theme..

I’m assuming you can’t remove the comments area if you’re using the web-based WordPress, right?

hi there,

I’ve set customised my site using the classic theme

there is no page.php file in the theme 🙁

how else can I achieve this?
