How to Publish Multiple Posts?

I have to create 1,500 directory listings on a very slow internet connection. All they need to contain is some contact info and a brief description. I’ve tried the CSV importer, but it mixes everything up. Is there a plug in or something that I could use to create many posts, maybe 5-10, at a time? So I could plug in the title, contact info, etc, then publish them all and not have to wait for the page to load each time?
