    Hi,
No plugin can “prevent IPV6 DDos attack”.

To prevent and mitigate such attacks, the protection mechanisms are outside of the WordPress environment – ie, usually at the server or network/router level.

I want to know if this plugin will protect database queries to your mySQL database. Can it secure my mySQL database so that it only accept connections from my web servers.

This protection you are referring to is done via the PHPMyAdmin and is usually by default set to only allow “localhost” connections.

Look in the “Privileges” tab of PHPMyAdmin for the DB of your WordPress instalation and you should only see “localhost” or “127.0.0.1” for the host name.
