How to prevent duplicating URL

Good day,

your plugin is nice. I have one question.

I have this page http://www.xyz.fr/monin/
I want to translate it to EN language. I do it but then URL is: http://www.xyz.fr/en/monin-2

Why it duplicates the URL? How to prevent it if the URL is the same but different language?
