How to prevent duplicate entries?

    Hey, I’m building a questionnaire but don’t want to ask people’s e-mail addresses or other identifying information.

    My questionnaire will be built on typeform and embedded to the site. What’s the best way to prevent duplicate entries on the questionnaire? Is there any ready made plugin available that would work e.g. based on the cookies?
