How to modify search form's text ?

    Hi all,

    I have just released a new version of my blog:
    http://www.parcs-d-attraction.com/

    and i’m struggling with changing/removing the top text “Recherche pour” (top left corner).
    Anyone can help me? Which file should I look into to modify this?
