(ask already in a middle of another question -sorry for that- ; but no answer from you)

For ME **the admin**, i am a user who of course existed **before** installing your plugin: what is the procedure, even manually, to assign **me** one of plans (not just a registration form) and have it in “Active” status ? (I am ok even for a mysql method)

Very similar problem: how can I manually assign, force or change the plan of any user, and its “Active” status, including to me for testing purposes ?

If this is not possible, I can not see how the plugin is usable in **real-life** scenario … existing users have to register again ?!? I -the admin- have to register again at every test ?

    Hello @fff654,

No, you do NOT need to re-register. You can assign a membership to yourself or any existing user directly from the admin.

Go to User Registration & Membership > Subscription, create a new subscription for the existing user, select the desired membership plan, and set the status to Active. The user will immediately get access to the restricted content based on that membership plan. You can also change or update the plan anytime from the same section.

One Important Limitation to Be Aware Of

Existing users who did not originally register through a User Registration & Membership form will have their membership access working correctly, but their account profile will not be fully synced with the plugin. This means:

    • The custom profile fields from your registration form will not be connected to their account, as they never filled out those fields.
    • Account page tabs such as membership status, active plans, and payment history may not be available for these users since their profile is not linked to the plugin’s system.

For full account page functionality and profile field access, users need to be registered through the plugin’s registration form. For existing users, the Profile Connect addon (premium) can help link their accounts to your registration form and bring them fully into the plugin’s system.

    Best regards
