How to make a dropdown item bold

    Hello,
    I would like to make some items in my drop down list bold. On my website I have UK counties and within those counties I have areas. For example Cornwall – Newquay How can I make some items bold (i.e. the counties). You can see it on my website on the area dropdown box.
