How to make a drop down menu

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to create drop down tabs on the menu across the top of the blogsite? I am using twenty eleven theme. I am not proficient at HTML yet and just need some guidance, then I can figure it out myself! my site is http://www.aussie-apps-ebooks.com It is under construction right now, I am trying to create a drop down menu under FAQ and then link all of my Apps so I can just have the one Apple APP support site!

Maybe there is another Theme that would be better for this??? I am willing to pay a bit …I a open for all suggestions.
