How to make a Block template slide

Hello,

I want to use this block for my testimonial.

1. How can i get it to be a slider, so that I can show other testimonials other than two?
2. Infact how can I get any block template to slide?
3. When I add the block to my page, it just shows 2 + signs to add the widget as preferred. There is no widget for upside down img-text, as pointed by the arrow, atleast not with the free version. How to get that?
