How to link images

Hello

I was wondering, I have images at various places within a post (i.e. not as a gallery, but as separate images at various points amongst text in the page)and when they are clicked on and open up as a pop up I want them to be able to scroll to the other images on the page. How do I sort of link them so that they will scroll through them all? without creating a gallery?
