How to keep permalink structure

Hi, good plugin but how can i keep my custom permalink structure?
my permalink structure is /%year%/%postname%.html
i have the ‘Rewrite permalinks’ option to ‘false’ but then the customposts have permalinks like /?posttypename=postnamehttp://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wck-custom-fields-and-custom-post-types-creator/
