How to insert HTML in the test description?

    I want to insert, for example, code of Yandex Ad. Is there any way to do it? If I just insert code to the description, the advertisement doesn’t work.

    What happens when you insert same HTML at any post or page?

    I can insert any html through block “HTML” and it will work. For example, I can insert Yandex AD code in any page through this block and it works. But it happens in Gutenberg editor.

    Show us screenshot. Any pre-gutenberg editors allow to edit raw HTML.

    I’ve discovered the cause of the problem: I should switch the editor to “text” mode.
