How to insert file into page

i have a rather large script file that i need to inlcude in a page.

(will write a seperate threat for that!)

How can i insert this script into the page. it only needs to run on one page. Tried following the instructions http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Javascript – cant make head nor tail of it tbh!
