How to implement a latest news section?

    Hi,

    I have an installation of WordPress that I am using as a CMS, so have a static homepage. The website also has a blog section and the blog posts are stored under http://www.somesite.com/blog. This works fine.

    I have a requirement for a Latest News section. This would work pretty much the same as the Blog section. But the posts for latest news would need to appear under http://www.somesite.com/latest-news.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction on how I might implement such a solution?
