    If there is no apparent option in the dashboard, you’ll probably have to code it yourself.
    How familiar are you with CSS? Are you using a Child Theme or Custom CSS-type plugin?

    I am not bad with CSS – not complete familiar
    just I edited style.css of theme for shadow and more…
    this theme is normal and I downloaded form wordpress.org

    Download this Custom CSS Manager plugin and use its section in the dashboard to hold your CSS modifications;

    #header {
     text-indent: -9999em;
    }

    Thanks Andrew Nevins,I did on this on kabuliha.com
    but 3 question:
    1- As I know Google can read CSS, Hide CSS maybe hurt site.
    2- If I do it, at the top of site is a blank place, not looks nice.
    3- how to Remove (not hide)text in header and add photo in H1 tag and link that?

    theres a box on mine at the bottom of the header settings page, – ‘show header with image’

    Twenty Ten has not this option.

    There’s really not a perfect way to do what you are asking – I wouldn’t worry too much about the SEO. You can’t have it and hide it at the same time.
