How to get started after install

    Hi,

    I have installed the “WP Betters Emails” pluggin and it seems
    to be working, having it sent a sample email.

    Questions I have are:
    1) Where do I write the real content for %conten%
    2) I want to use this pluging for various email the site
    should send: Registration confirmation, Lost Passwd, etc etc.
    How can the plugin make the distinction between the various messages
    to go out?

    I seem to be missing a clue, or I think to complex.

    Pls advise

    Hi Frank,

    There’s a little misunderstanding about the purpose of the plugin.

    1- You don’t write real content for %content%. This tag is here to be replaced by actual content. Actual content comes from WordPress (lost password, registration, etc.) or other plugins.

    2- The plugin doesn’t make any distinction between messages and doesn’t have to. Its job is just to wrap any text/plain emails with an HTML template.

    You should probably have a look at plugins that provide core messages editing features such as SB Welcome Email Editor.
