How to get installed plugin & widgets activate

    Hi I have a proble to get the installed [see attachment} plugin name is Digitalquill MultiFeed Poster. The plugin is installed I don’t know how to get it i a side panal Please have a look at my WP site http://homeimprovement247.com I want to make changes myself therefoe I need somebody who explains to me how to set up plugins in widgets and in posts? A lot is expalined in the vendor tutorials http://www.digitalquill.co.uk/datafeedplugin/tu… but I am not sure how to get the widgets in to the side bar and to work?
