How to exclude the plugin from Caching

I know the plugin use AJAX to work with caching plugin, however, now I’m using Cloudflare’s caching everything. Which will literally caching everything. How should I solve this, allowing the views to be shown in real time? the counter is now at 0 no matter how many time I viewed it.
