How to enable Top Bar Menu

    My theme Dustland express doesnt support top bar menu. In settings i can add social links, but i need to add some pages to it. For example like in this site http://vlad16.zzz.com.ua/
    near social links i can add pages. Please tell me how can i realize it if my theme supports just primary and footer menu
