how to embedded in post

Firstly, sorry for my poor english.

scondly, i dont know where i must post this question.

I have a problem need to fix
my wp is 2.0

here this, in the posting i canot use tag embedded ( <EMBED name=FlashContent …………. ) or like this one..

embed name=”RAOCXplayer” src=”url file name” type=”application/x-mplayer2″ ShowStatusBar=”0″ AutoSize=”true” DisplaySize=”0″ AutoStart=”true” width=”140″ height=”170″></embed

when i use thes tag the posting ignore its nothing appear in the post wich embedded thing. but i can make it in the side bar only.

so, how to make possible with that tag in the posting?
