How to edit Theme Home page

    My site them is EBIZ 1.1
    I am not the admin, however have figured out how to work some changes on the template.

    However, I now want to add a graphic to my homepage, as well BOLD and color the Site Slogan area of the homepage….

    Is there a way for me or someone to do that?
    And if not me, can you provide some details I can use to hire someone, as I want to be sure I know what I am talking about, so I am not ripped off.
