How to edit shipping information?

This seems like a ridiculously simple thing…but I just can’t figure out how to do it.
A customer mistakenly checked the ‘use billing address for shipping’ box at checkout, deciding they wanted to send the product to their friend. They e-mailed us, explained the situation, and gave us the address to ship, no problem. I went to change the shipping address in the Order area, though, and while clicking ‘edit address’ lets me edit the address just fine…I see no way to SAVE that address. There’s no ‘update’ or ‘save’ button that I can see, just ‘load shipping address’ (presumably from a registered account? This is just a guest login) and ‘copy from billing’ (which I obviously don’t want to do).
Am I overlooking something extremely simple here?
