How to edit Dokan error messages (Text not Code)

Hi, once a seller registers and fills the form to become a seller, there is a message that shows “Error! Your account is not enabled for selling, please contact the admin”
I’d like to edit that and use a customs message instead and possibly add a link for them to fill an evaluation form on another page.

I saw a post that lead me to this code “function dokan_seller_not_enabled_notice()”. I’m not familiar with code so if you could point me to where I could edit the text rather than the code, it will be greatly appreciated.
