how to do links-list layout

hi..
i have some category with 500-700 post and i want to create a code like this http://prntscr.com/4cqayw

to show only the post names/link from 1 category or if the code is in post with category x to show all this x post 1,2,3(like navigation)
so how to do what? i search in google and here but i dont find any solution
