How to display a wordpress website inside a frame

I am planning on building a wordpress website but the client has ask if we will be able to insert link to other website inside the wordpress site but to show them in a frame where we can still see my client logo at top. Just like this here http://www.feinc.com/categories.php when you click on the middle column on a type of product for exemple Alarmes and then on the left column on Siemens you will see the link will be shown in a page where we can still see the logo of Franklin Empire on top and a link to return to the main website of Franklin Empire.

I want to find out if this is doable with a wordpress website and how I would proceed to achieve that, it seem the link to the manufacturer is shown inside a frame and the top frame is the link to go back to Franklin which in our case would be the wordpress site.
