    Even though I have the double opt-in disabled in the plugin itself, the confirmation emails for double opt-in are still being sent.
    What can I do to turn them off?

    Are you really sure you are using our plugin and our form? Please post a link to the form so we can test it.

    If you are using our plugin, are you using a integration method with another form? The double opt-in settings are per form and per integration method.

    We are using page builder, but there is no option to turn off the double opt-in.

    Please make sure you are using the MailChimp for WP form.
    The form on your homepage is not our form, so I can’t help you with the setup.

    The screenshot however IS from our plugin, but it won’t affect the form on your homepage I’m afraid.

    Maybe it’s best to ask your theme developer how to replace that form with a MailChimp for WP form.
