I am in the process of changing newsletter hosting services – from Beehiiv to Email Octopus. My integration with Beehiiv worked seamlessly, but I cannot for the life of me work out how to remove this integration to replace it with the new one from Email Octopus.

I am using the free version of the software and it keeps prompting me to upgrade (because I can only have one integration at a time.)

    Any ideas?

    Hi @klt90 👋

Awesome, I’ve heard really good things about Email Octopus’ platform. 🙂

Yes, you can remove an integration fully from your account by logging into the app directly at https://app.optinmonster.com

Then, navigate to the Account > Integrations page here: https://app.optinmonster.com/integrations/

That screen will allow you to remove the integration completely. You can also add Email Octopus at the account level from the same screen. Just remember, you’ll still need to configure individual campaigns to assign the specific List, etc where leads should be added. 🙂

Thank you @ericakfranz that’s super helpful – I didn’t even realise there was an app version of this and was trying to access it through the dashboard on WordPress which is why I couldn’t see the option to delete!

At the moment, it’s not letting me add Email Octopus back in and it giving me an error that I can only have one integration (even though all I have on there now is Monster Leads.)

Is it just a case of waiting and giving it time to catch up before trying again with a different integration or is there something else I need to do first before making the connection?

    Thanks so much!

    Hey @klt90 👋

Would you try adding the new Email Octopus integration through the campaign builder directly, let me know if it lets you in that route cleanly.

    Thanks!
