Delete the page named (Contact) from wordpress Dashboard>Pages. The page will be deleted.
Or change the page template as default
Now it is “Contact” page template

I don’t want to delete the page, I would just like to delete the contact form.
The one with the “name, email and message” fields.

If I change it to default will it change the page completely? or just get rid of the contact form at the bottom?

or we can hide it using CSS but its not professional way.

It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme http://www.premiumpixels.com for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.
