how to deactivate preloader

    I switched from another theme to neve theme.

    Now: Every time I load the page first time there flashes up a big cross and another unstyled menu.
    I searched for a preloader function or similar, but I wasn’t successful for the rest of the Day. Can you please tell me where the cross comes from and how to not show it?

    Hello @uximkopf,

    There might be a plugin conflict that causes the image to appear. Please try to disable the plugins one by one and see if any of them causes the issue.
    Also, before doing that, please back up your site for security purposes.

    Let us know if it worked.
