How to customizing theme with javascript coding

i need to make some change to a pulgin(Embed Any Document) from AWSM, i want to display the document titles list thin when user click on the title or icon whatever, the embed document appear.
they told me to ask the help from WP developer becouse it’s possible with customizing the javascript.
