How to customize the menu?

    I have been working developing WordPress sites for several years. This is my first time installing and using this theme. I can’t find anything that simple as linking each menu element to a page. It is so simple in every template and so complicated here. There is not Menu section as in every WP dashboard. The editor is very basic. And if I try to edit the code is just unformatted text all together.

    How to edit a simple menu?
