How to create "www.example.com/blog"?

For some reason that isn’t working for me. When I set my post name permalink to “%category%/%postname%”, the URL becomes, “site.com/category/blog.”

Now I’m trying this setup:

And as you can see (www.emineer.com/test2/), my URL shows up as:

“site.com/blog/blog”

Any solution for this?

I considered doing this, but I decided an alternative route:

Change post permalinks to “/%category%/%postname%” and leave the category permalink blank. Then, download a plugin called “WP No Category Base.”
