hello,

I want to design a email template for welcome , coupon and so on. The template design is similar to the one shown in the link provided. I don’t know how to implement the same in woocommerce. Where should i add the html design and how to use this template while sending mail. Please help!

Hi @ash222, if you’re comfortable with some custom coding, then this tutorial on the WooCommerce.com docs might help.

Otherwise, I’d suggest looking around a bit to see if you can find any plugins which allow customisation. For example, this article lists 6 plugins to use at the bottom: https://www.storeapps.org/customize-woocommerce-emails/
